National Children’s Book Week
Check out the fantastic range of resources available to support primary schools in running activities for National Children’s Book Week 1st – 7th October. The theme is Fantastical creatures so should capture children’s imaginations. If you don’t want to use them now then you can always plan ahead for World Book Day in March.

These are annotated lists of recent picture books and fiction to enthuse and engage your pupils. You can look out for some of the titles when you have your next book exchange or why not make the best of your limited budgets by buying from the lists. Just contact your local School Library Centre if you would like help with this.
